About Us
Our Vision: To support confident and capable leaders through an outstanding programme.
Our Story: Challenging traditional online learning with our actionable and stimulating approach. Utilising 25 years of people development experience to partner with our delegates to create a rich learning environment.
Our Target Audience: Those keen to learn how to lead effectively and broaden their skill-set.
Our programme is recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) as possessing real value. We don’t believe writing essays or assignments has much practical worth. Acquiring knowledge is OK, but our model is based on taking action and making progress. Successful delegates will earn ILM certification and gain the port-nominal letters AMInstLM (Associate Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management).
