Every module layers upon the previous one, creating momentum as you travel through the programme. 1:1 and peer support will be available to you at all times, to ensure you are able to apply in a meaningful and compelling way.

The programme begins with a launch followed by a 1:1 Tutor discussion. This is for us to understand the context of your professional environment and partner with you on what goals would be most meaningful and helpful at this time. Our Tutors are highly experienced and established coaches. Our role is to support and help you glean personal value from the experience.

ILM Certification will be achieved through a professional discussion or presentation, detailing your evidenced growth towards your stated objectives. We will support you with this.
